SUMMARY :

Kaledo is one dish of Palu made from cow bone existing bone marrow and meat tetelan. Fry dish with spicy sour taste is taste better with a squeeze of lime juice.


INGREDIENTS :

  • 3 pieces of cow leg bones are still no meat
  • 400 grams of meat soup
  • 3,000 ml of water
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 3 cm ginger, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 8 pieces of green chili, mashed
  • 7 unripe tamarind fruit
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons fried onions

DIRECTION :

  • Boil water, cow bones, meat, lemongrass, ginger, and bay leaves until berkaldu and tender.
  • Enter chili, tamarind, salt, pepper, and sugar. Cook until absorbed.
  • Serve kaledo together lemon juice and a sprinkling of fried onions.
